Q1:  Can I add my company logo on it ?

A:  Yes sure, all displays and boxes are customized. You can print any images and logo on it. We also can provide brown kraft color or white color display stand, you can put graphics sticker for different brands.

Q2：Can you help me to design the dimensions of the display ?

A：No problem. Just share the details(size & weight) of your products or packaging to us, our engineer will come up with a display solutions for you.

Q3:  Can you help me make the display & packing design ?

A:  Of course, we have structural design team mainly focus on develop and build up creative design. If you need graphics design, we can also help it.

Q4: What can I do if I already have my own designs?

A: That would be great! Please share your AI or PDF files to us directly.

Q5: What can I do if I have no any ideas for my designs?

A: No worries, we have a professional design team having rich experience in cardboard display design and manufacturing, just share your requirements or your display and product specification, we will try our best to provide the POS display solutions with different designs for you until you are satisfied.

Q1: What information do you need for price?

A: Let us know your display dimensions, printing requirements, load-bearing and quantities.

Q2:  What is the your MOQ ?

A: No MOQ limited. But for lower price, we suggest start from 100pcs of cardboard displays, 500pcs of packaging boxes.

Q3: What is your sample cost?

A: Design for free, free sample (sample cost will be refund).

Q1:  Can I get a sample before production ?

A:  Of course, no worries, we will produce pre-production sample for you , you can check Quality, Color, Weight Testing… We will confirm everything with you then stating mass production.

Q2: How long does it take once I place the order ?

A: Sample lead time: 2-3 working days; Production lead time: 9-15 working days.

Q3: How can you make sure that type of cardboard used will be good for total weight ?

A: We are using high-strength cardboard material to make the display stand and adjust inner structure to holding the weight well. The most important thing is we definitely will do test before production, like paper bursting strength test, packaging dropping test, shaking test.

Q: How long will it take for shipping?                                                                                       

A: Shipping time 5-7 working days by DHL / FedEx / UPS / TNT

   Shipping time 15-20 days by Air.

   Shipping time 20-45 days by Sea.

Q：What’s the H.S. code for Customs Clearance ?

A：H.S. code is 4823909000 for cardboard displays, H.S. code is 4819100000 for retail packaging boxes.
